Bieke Claes is an internationally experienced, entrepreneurial leader who excels in building business, communities, and partnerships. With an impressive educational background and a passion for global, mission-driven projects, Claes has honed her leadership skills and focused on empowering and serving others. Her MBA and law degrees give her unique insight and a well-rounded perspective that allow her to formulate long-term visions and bring out the heart in organizations.

As a founding member of Dreamers & Doers, Claes has demonstrated her ability to lead by example and collaborate with others to achieve success. She has served in many roles, including CEO of BelCham, Attorney at Mombaers, Vandebroek & Declercq, and founder and instructor at Ronin Sports Club. Her time at Culture Trip as General Manager, North-America & Member of the Global Executive Team showcased her talent for growing and building businesses and communities from the ground up.

Claes considers herself a globetrotter and uses her extensive international experience to guide her approach and strategy in all her projects. She is always happy to help and support those around her and is committed to using her skills for the greater good.
