Noa Matz

Noa Matz is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in psychology and venture capital. She holds a Master's Degree in Social Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, both from IDC Herzliya. Currently, she serves as an Operating Partner at F2 Venture Capital. Her past roles include being a Board Observer at 4M Analytics, Senior Management Dynamics and Growth Advisor at Natural Intelligence, and Visiting Lecturer at various prestigious institutions including IDC Herzliya and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Noa has also lent her expertise as a Global Expansion Advisor at SOSA - Open Innovation, Advisor to Chief Executive Officer at Aurora Labs, and as a Startup Psychologist at F2 Venture Capital.
