Yew studied Law at the University of London and graduated with a 2:1 degree. He has worked with different organizations globally, including Revolut, Anixter, Dialog Semiconductor, and Brocade, holding various roles such as Global Employment & Benefits Counsel, Regional Legal Counsel, Director of Global Senior Legal Counsel, and more.

In his previous positions, Yew was responsible for employment law, corporate compliance, commercial law, and litigation across multiple countries in EMEA, APAC, and North America. Before joining Revolut, he worked as an Employment Law Partner at Penningtons Manches LLP, Wedlake Bell LLP, and Senior Solicitor at Stephenson Harwood LLP.
