Julian Yew is a seasoned global employment and HR counsel with diverse experience in employment law, HR practice, and organizational culture. Yew studied Law at the University of London and graduated with a 2:1 degree. He has worked with different organizations globally, including Revolut, Anixter, Dialog Semiconductor, and Brocade, holding various roles such as Global Employment & Benefits Counsel, Regional Legal Counsel, Director of Global Senior Legal Counsel, and more.
In his previous positions, Yew was responsible for employment law, corporate compliance, commercial law, and litigation across multiple countries in EMEA, APAC, and North America. Before joining Revolut, he worked as an Employment Law Partner at Penningtons Manches LLP, Wedlake Bell LLP, and Senior Solicitor at Stephenson Harwood LLP.
Julian Yew has strong expertise in advising organizations on various employment and HR issues, including discrimination, diversity and inclusion, employee benefits, employee relations, HR policies and procedures, and more. He has a particular interest in developing effective and innovative HR strategies and solutions that enable organizations to attract, engage, and retain talent while maintaining legal compliance.
