Wanda Frazier is a highly organized and experienced operations and project manager, currently serving as the Director of College of Business Placement Services at Pacific University. With a focus on creating sustainable internship and employment opportunities for students and graduates, Wanda has built relationships with corporate partners and alums to offer job search support, professional development skills training, and career coaching.

Wanda holds an MBA in Finance and Organizational Behavior/Development from Marylhurst University, and has studied leadership at Portland Business Alliance and psychology/statistics at Northern Arizona University. Before joining Pacific University, she worked as a project manager at Sher Ireland L.P.C., CCDC, M.Ed.,M.S. and held various positions in the banking industry, including VP - Financial Services Manager at IronStone Bank, VP - Corporate Operations at Pinnacle Bank, and Vice President at West Coast Bank.

With her expertise in career readiness, project management, process review analysis, and creative customer service, Wanda is a valuable asset to Pacific University and the College of Business.
