Meet Matt Marks, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in audit and mergers and acquisitions. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University. He has worked with Deloitte and Touche since 2015, starting as an Audit Associate before transitioning to Manager in the Mergers and Acquisitions group.

During his tenure at Deloitte, Matt has serviced large mutual fund complexes, private-equity funds, credit-rating agencies, broker dealers, and holding companies. His primary focus is on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) industry, and he is passionate about emerging companies and the role private equity and venture capital play in growing young businesses. Matt is also fluent in Spanish and proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and both Mac and PC OS.

Matt's educational background and work experience demonstrate a keen attention to detail, analytical skills, and a passion for helping young businesses grow. He is an active member of the AICPA and has worked with several organizations in the past, including Great China Empire, Paris Accessories, and Boston Financial Investment Management.
