Grant Zitting is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience in the transportation industry. Grant's expertise in transportation is complemented by his warehousing and trucking experience. He started his career as a trainee driver at Andrus Transportation Services Inc. in 1992, and through hard work and dedication, he was quickly able to move up the ranks at the company. Grant excelled at Andrus, eventually leaving the company to join Boise Cascade Corporation.

During his time with Boise Cascade, Grant faced several challenges, including safety, cost pressures, and personnel issues. He gained valuable experience in union negotiations, advanced OSHA issues and programs, and capacity issues. His hard work paid off as he helped the unit grow by over 1,000%. Grant then moved from the trucking division into the mill environment at the St Helens, OR mill, where he continued to work through challenging issues in the shipping department.

Grant has also been an active member of Toastmasters in Louisiana, honing his communication and leadership skills. His competencies include personnel and union management, transportation management, logistics management, business development, DOT regulations, OSHA regulations, safety, financial analysis, production analysis, logistics analysis, transportation analysis, team building, internal audit - EMS & HSE, and Lean - Greenbelt.

Grant's educational background includes studying BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance at Southern Utah University and studying at Colorado City Academy.
