Dmitry Miagkov is a seasoned management consultant with over two decades of experience in various sectors, including oil and gas, utilities, manufacturing, construction, retail, trading, and financial services. He holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. Dmitry is a trusted advisor to owners, Board of Directors, and executive management, offering guidance on strategy development, business process changes, people management, ERP implementation, risk management, and optimization of business processes. He has spearheaded numerous successful projects, ranging from the creation of shared service centers to the implementation of SAP and other BI solutions.

Before co-founding Strategy Processes and Systems Middle East FZC, Dmitry held numerous positions in prominent organizations. He worked as the Director of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and SAP Hybris Consulting Services Practice at TYCONZ. Additionally, he was the Manager of Business Process Excellence and SAP Implementation Program at OQ, Senior Project Manager of Governance, Risks, and Compliance at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), Director of Organizational Development and Business Process Excellence at Nobel Oil Services (UK) Ltd, Senior Manager Consulting Services at PwC, and Manager of SAP Consulting Services Practice at Deloitte.
