Jeffrey Neville is an accomplished executive with over two decades of experience in consulting, retail, software product management, marketing, and customer success. With his proven track record, Jeffrey has successfully operated as a CIO, COO, VP of eCommerce, and CTO. Jeffrey's retail industry expertise combined with his international work experience in both the EU and China enables him to lead complex process and technology transformations while building organizations and globalizing operations.
Jeffrey has worked with major consulting firms such as Accenture, IBM, and BRP Consulting. Before joining the Windstream team as their Industries Go-To-Market Lead, he held senior leadership positions at NextWorth Solutions, Eastern Mountain Sports, and Digital Li-Ning. Additionally, he was the Senior Vice President and eCommerce and Digital Strategy Practice Lead at Boston Retail Partners.
Jeffrey's specialties include IT and business strategy, turn-arounds, cross-channel customer experience, eCommerce revenue growth, development of SaaS platforms, and merchandise and planning systems implementations.
