Dayna Grayson is a venture capitalist and co-founder of Construct Capital, an early-stage venture firm that invests in technology startups transforming foundational industries. She is a pioneer in backing companies that are disrupting sectors such as manufacturing, automation, and consumer brands through software-based models. Some of the companies she has invested in include Desktop Metal, Tulip, Onshape, and Formlabs. Dayna started her career in product development and design, and later became an investor at North Bridge Venture Partners in Boston.

Dayna holds a degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She has served on several boards, including AdvaMed Accel and the Medical Device Manufacturers Association.
