Stephanie McConnell is a driven educator and principal who has dedicated her career to transforming educational experiences for students within the New South Wales Department of Education and Communities. With a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma of Education from Macquarie University, McConnell has honed her expertise in mass communication and English literature. She has served as both an English teacher and a Head Teacher English at Merrylands High School, and more recently as the Head Teacher English at Killara High School. In her current role, McConnell has championed innovation and collaboration as the keys to transforming the education system and moving away from the 19th century way of thinking.
