Steve Adelman is a seasoned finance executive with a specialty in real estate investment and management. He has a passion for complex deal structuring and negotiation and brings extensive expertise in homebuilding, residential development, community districts, and land banking. Adelman obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University School of Management and began his career at Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal & Company where he worked his way up to a partner, with a focus on syndications and securitization, due diligence, forecasting, banking relationships, and strategic planning. Afterward, Adelman held several leadership positions throughout his career, including being a CFO at Inco Homes Corporation, and most recently, Gehan Homes, Ltd. Adelman has an excellent record of accomplishment and knowledge of IPOs, board presentations, business plans, financial analysis, asset management, M&A, litigation support, banking covenant compliance, and securitization. He is open to new challenges and opportunities where his expertise can be liaised.
