Marian Brown

Marian Brown is an artist, educator, scholar, innovator, and equitable practices co-conspirator who utilizes art for social change.

With a strong focus on building inclusive and equitable communities, Marian's work spans leadership development, human rights, intersectionality, and creative justice on local, national, and global scales.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Arts from Colorado College, a Masters in Education from Harvard University, and a Doctorate in Philosophy from the University of Massachusetts Boston.

Marian's professional experience features roles such as Associate Lecturer at Umass Boston, Executive Director at Arts Connect International, Inc., and Organizational Consultant at Vsa Massachusetts.

She has also served as a Research Assistant at Umass Boston, an M And E And Development Fellow at Art & Global Health Center Africa, and an Associate Director at Hearthstone Alzheimer Care.
