He is currently responsible for leading technology platform deployments and futuristic stealth projects across the second-largest conglomerate in India, the Adani Group. Neel is an award-winning healthcare futurist, a TEDx speaker, and the co-chair of the MedTech Committee at Arizona Technology Council. He is also a business mentor at the Entrepreneurship Cell at NIT Trichy and has been honored as the Arizona Business Leaders in Healthcare Innovation by Arizona Big Media.

With over eight years of experience in the healthcare industry, Neel has developed a diverse skill set that includes multidisciplinary team management, project and product administration, clinical partnerships, fundraising, predictive data analytics, public relations, public speaking, and innovation development.
