Noelani Guerrero is an HR expert with over a decade of experience in talent strategy, recruitment, benefits administration, payroll, training, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Noelani holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Massachusetts Boston, a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Baruch College, City University of New York (CUNY), and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Human Development from Boston College.
