Mark Andrews is a seasoned IT professional with a background in team management, technical leadership, and project management. He has extensive experience in managing IT teams like desktop support, service desk functions, vendor and contract management. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Canterbury and started his career as a technician at Apple Education Ltd. He went on to work at the University of Canterbury as a Helpdesk Group Leader, Desktop Support Team Leader, and Computer Support Consultant before moving on to become the NZ Service Delivery Manager at Fulton Hogan. Mark recently completed a major project in managing the SCCM 2012 upgrade. With his strong leadership skills and technical expertise, Mark is an asset to any team.
