Simon's career spans roles as an Underwriter and Broker at Lloyd's of London, alongside a distinguished tenure as an Officer in the British Army. His versatile skill set includes the ability to swiftly adapt to information and creatively meet set targets.

His academic achievements include a Master of Science (MSc) in Management Science and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Oceanography with Geology from the University of Southampton. Additionally, he has studied Organizational Leadership at the Royal Military Academy.
