Onboarding Manager

•	Lead operations and review for month end processes, such as month end journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and G/L discrepancies.
•	Develop and direct implementation projects from beginning to end for clients across a range of industries, including retail, software, and consulting.
•	Conduct strategic Deep Dive meetings with new customers to develop a thorough understanding of their Financial Statements and current internal processes with a focus on establishing more creative and efficient workflows to help them reach their business goals.

•	Proactively assess accounting and system issues that may arise with customers and liaise with internal executive team to design and execute a recovery plan.
•	Identify opportunities for improvement across business, improving procedures to create efficiencies, such as helping to productize the customer’s onboarding journey to minimize time spent in implementation.
•	Instruct company-wide yoga classes on a monthly basis, including guided meditations during quarterly company meetings.

Technical Implementation Accounting Manager

•	Conducted comprehensive assessment of sales metrics in comparison to allocation and percentage of cost of goods sold for 8 separate intercompany entities, all pertaining to the Restaurant and Entertainment industry.
•	Led operations for reconciling and analyzing financial information pertaining to each entity at period end. 
•	Optimized and completed bi-weekly payrolling reporting and processing for an average of 400 employees. 
•	Managed receivables from a total of 10 local businesses, collecting revenue from retail space in an additional commercial entity.

Pan y Agua, LLC

Managerial Account Specialist 

•	Spearheaded maintenance of accounts payable system by recording payables into QuickBooks, splitting expenses using Excel spreadsheets, allocating expenses to appropriate departments, and keeping all payable files up to date for commercial and residential real estate title company. 
•	Conducted all Accounts Receivable functions including receiving payments from customers, recording payments in QuickBooks, and following up on past due invoices. 
•	Point of contact for daily receiving and coordinating of various checks from all branches for closing of escrow transactions; created an organized breakdown of these transactions by branch and general ledger accounts to be deposited into Operating account. 
•	Executed internal control audits by verifying Escrow Officers were compliant with proper state regulations regarding files, continuing education, training, etc. 
•	Streamlined monthly cash account reconciliation, performing all procedures with high attention to detail and total accuracy on a consistent basis.
