Meet Margaret Troyer, an accomplished Human Resources consultant with extensive experience across a broad range of industries, such as finance, insurance, engineering, technology, manufacturing, telecommunications, and energy. Margaret obtained her BS in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and continued her education by completing a Master's in Learning and Organizational Change at Northwestern University.

Margaret's goal is to bring back the "human" in Human Resources by fostering a culture of fulfillment, belonging, and pride at the workplace. She is a strategic thinker who partners with clients to integrate business objectives into a workable HR strategy. She excels in employee relations, staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and retention, and helps develop leaders and manage talent by recognizing individual value and coaching on performance.

Margaret has held several positions across various organizations such as Talent & Workforce Planning Strategy Consultant at AbbVie, Founder and Consultant at Troyer Consulting, Human Resources Consultant at Trulli Audio, Interim HR Business Partner at Topco Associates LLC, and Learning and OD Consultant at Allstate, to name a few. She has also been a member of the board of advisors at NaturHeals.

Margaret believes in mentorship and stresses the importance of maintaining integrity in all HR activities with her protégés. She is a change management expert and a lifelong learner, embracing every change event and learning quickly, adapting and pivoting when needed.
