Katie Dreke is a seasoned global strategy and innovation consultant with over 25 years of experience working with some of the world's most influential brands. With her expertise in global brand strategy, digital experience, and product innovation, Katie has worked for Nike, adidas, and IDEO, among others. She has lived and worked in various countries worldwide, including the US, the Netherlands, Australia, and Japan, which brings a culturally nuanced perspective to her work.
Katie bridges brand, systems-thinking, digital transformation and storytelling to design emotionally meaningful and financially powerful experiences for human beings and planet Earth. Her extensive professional background helps her cross-pollinate insights and innovations across regions, sectors, and consumer groups while illuminating new white spaces.
She has previously held several roles at Nike, including Senior Director of Global Membership, Senior Director of Global Concept Development for Nike Women, and the Global Head of Brand Media, among others. In addition, she has worked as a Strategic Planner at Wieden + Kennedy, 180 Amsterdam, and also as a Director of Technology and Innovation at Droga5. Additionally, she was formerly an Advisor at Ocean Plastics Recovery Project LLC, a General Seminar Facilitator at Near Future Laboratory, and a Community Member at Mixing Board.
