Kathy Nolan

Kathy Nolan is a highly experienced attorney specializing in building legal departments for high-growth venture-backed startup companies. She has expertise in establishing legal operations, HR operations, and equity operations, creating efficiency out of chaos. Nolan studied J.D. at the University of Michigan Law School, and her Bachelor of Arts in English also from the University of Michigan. She attended The Blake School in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Sewickley Academy in Sewickley, Pennsylvania.

Nolan is a Senior Corporate Attorney at Analytical Space, and she previously worked as a Corporate Attorney at the same company. Before that, she worked as a Corporate Attorney and Client Service Manager at Shoobx, Inc., and as a Postgraduate Legal Fellow at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She has also worked as a Summer Law Clerk at the Boulder State District Court and as a Student Attorney at the Entrepreneurship Clinic at The University of Michigan Law School. Nolan has experience as a Summer Law Clerk in the Legal Department at The J.M. Smucker Company and as a Summer Intern in the Chambers of the Honorable Melvin Hoffman at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts.
