- Brought in to lead the talent team and ensure that the organisation maximises the value of the prestigious Laureus Academy (a group of elite, retired sporting legends) and Ambassadors to help raise awareness and understanding of the business as a whole but the Laureus Sport For Good Foundation in particular
-  Work closely with the Director or Marketing and Comms to ensure we are working strategically with talent to meet key business objectives including improving our digital output, attracting new sponsors and strengthening relationships with key media partners
-  Work with my team to create tailored media and content plans for Laureus Academy and Ambassadors to ensure they are being activated throughout the year and their engagement with us remains both deep and authentic
-  Manage Laureus talent and other VIPs (including the host and music act) in the lead up to and at the World Sports Awards - the annual flagship event for Laureus - to ensure media and partner opportunities are both met and maximised
-  Have a focus on bringing on board new and diverse talent (both sports and entertainment) to join the Academy or become Ambassadors that help keep Laureus relevant and appealing to a wide range of demographics
-  Work closely with the commercial team to ensure our talent add value to current and potential new global brand partners

Global Head of Talent

- Brought in to develop and integrate a new talent strategy to help achieve overall business objectives through both in-house and booked talent
- Manage in-house roster of presenting talent
- Identify and recruit new and diverse presenting talent and collaborations and PR opportunities
-       Consult and contribute to pitches for potential new brand partnerships involving talent
- Work closely with creative teams to develop a content strategy and formats that will attract new and exciting talent to COPA90 programming and engage existing and new audiences
- Develop and manage new and existing relationships with entertainment, music and sports agents and publicists in order to pitch for guest talent to appear on formats
- Attend shoots and events to manage both in-house and external talent

- Was part of the team that developed and launched the women’s football strategy and was heavily involved with managing talent and PR during the Women's World Cup

- Leading on talent delivery and shaping the talent strategy to deliver PR for the brand in the USA
-  Building an ambassador strategy to ensure long-term support and engagement of talent
-  Working closely with key partners such as Walgreens, Mars and NBC and other sports, digital and commercial partners to ensure we are using talent strategically to activate these partnerships and build brand awareness
-  Playing a key role in attracting and pitching to potential new corporate partners through creative use of talent collaborations
-  Managing external PR agencies who have access to talent/influencer opportunities
-  Working with all key internal stakeholders including fundraising, marketing and partnerships to advise on strategic use of talent to meet their key objectives

Comic Relief USA

Vice President Talent Relations and Management

- Building, maintaining and managing key relationships with high profile entertainment, music, comedy and sports agents, artists and influencers. Ensuring these artist and agents are engaged, educated and inspired about the work Comic Relief does and the territories we operate in.
-  Working in partnership with key senior stakeholders such as the BBC and corporate partners to develop and implement creative and innovative strategies for Comic Relief's relationship with celebrities.
-  Development and management of the procedures and processes for effectively dealing with requests for artist involvement from all departments across Comic Relief, working especially closely with the media and marketing teams to help them deliver to the overall objectives and mission of the organisation.
- Team management of the personnel and work flow of the Artist Relations team at Comic Relief.
-  Project management of artist lead activity and events within campaigns including:

Red Nose Day 2013: Give it Up concert for Comic Relief, Hell and High Water challenge in Zambia
Sport Relief 2014: Official single with Little Mix, Clash of the Titan
Red Nose Day 2015: Official single with Sam Smith and John Legend and Dermot's Day of Dance

-  Management  of 13 high profile artists on international trips to see the work Comic Relief funds

In April 2015, I was seconded to America  for five weeks to work on talent for the inaugural Red Nose Day USA. After my successful contribution in year 1, I was asked to go back and work on the RND USA 2016 and 2017 campaigns.

- Headhunted to join the club when they were promoted to the Premier League.
- Developed and improved the PR operation and general media relations.
- Reported directly to the CEO and the Directors of the club
- Managed the communications team
- Was the main point of contact for all print and broadcast media such as Sky Sports, football governing bodies such as the Premier League and the FA, club partners and sponsors such as Umbro and fellow Premier League and lower league clubs
- Worked closely with the marketing team on brand management, promotion and sponsorship deals
- Developed innovative ideas to generate positive PR for the club and ensure its CSR was being met, whether that was through charitable campaigns or community initiatives
- Implemented and managed a completely new charity policy which greatly improved the club’s fundraising capabilities and it’s image within the community
- Organised numerous PR and sponsorship events, launches and photo shoots, all with great success
- Responsible for fire fighting and maintaining the reputation of the club and minimising negative press coverage

Norwich City Football Club are a well-run family club who pride themselves on their wholesome image and open relationship with their supporters which they constantly strive to improve on through innovative means.

- Launched and ran the club’s on-line TV Channel CanariesWorld which involved, producing, editing and presenting the daily news bulletins and to come up with all the content ideas for the programming, making sure it was kept fresh and innovative
- Assisted the Head of Media with the day-to-day running of the press and PR operation, fielding and setting up interview requests, assisting at press conferences, organsing club events and writing editorial for the website and matchday programme
