Marketing and PR Intern

Sellling to customers as a senior sales assistant.  My role was to encourage the other assistants in their roles and lead by example.  I sorted EOD cashing up, pick up, till rec, store financial and merchandising.  I worked with VM and expanded my knowledge of how the company works at such a level.  I compiled KPI reports and Branch Visits correctly to aid the Area Manager in their responsibilities within the company.  I also contributed to Area Conferences twice a week.  I was able to appropriately interpret information from Stars Reports and Category Reports to analyse how well the store was doing in comparison to the region and like for like.  My responsibilities also included leading the team daily and helping to train other workers so that they feel comfortable and confident with their work.
