Pengfei Jiang is an Assistant Dean for the Institute of Educational Studies (IES) at Long-Spring Education Group in southern China. With a Master's degree in Education from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor's degree in Educational Studies from the University of York, Jiang is a skilled educational researcher and curriculum developer. Pengfei specializes in utilizing empirical evidence to improve educational quality for over 2,000 teachers through cutting-edge research. He has also developed innovative curriculum models such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals Curriculum, which uses project-based learning to educate students on using STEM knowledge for problem-solving.

Jiang is active in various organizations such as GYCN, the Global Youth Climate Network, and has judged for the Reimagine Education Awards by QS Quacquarelli Symonds. He has worked as an executive assistant to the Head of Junior High at Wellington College Hangzhou, served as an independent partner for curriculum development for Hangzhou Thinktown School, and developed curricula for Hengshui High School Yunnan. He has spoken about his innovative curricular approaches to international audiences at events such as the International Youth Summit in Pakistan and the World Youth Forum in Egypt.
