Gloria Chou's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University, studies in Development Economics and International Development at the University of Cape Town, and a Business Chinese Language Certificate from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from the University of California, Los Angeles.
