Chiwa Higashi

Chiwa Higashi is a multifaceted professional with a diverse range of skills and experiences. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2015 with a Bachelor's degree in Political Economy. She then went on to obtain a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Sussex in 2016.

With a passion for social justice, Chiwa has worked in various non-profit organizations, including as a Research and Communications Coordinator for the Oakland-based organization, Urban Peace Movement. She has also been an intern for the International Labor Organization and the United Nations.

In addition to her work in non-profit organizations, Chiwa has experience in project management, content creation, and marketing. She currently works as a freelance project manager for a variety of clients. She also has experience in social media management and content creation, having worked as a social media intern for the fashion company, FARM Rio.

In her free time, Chiwa enjoys writing and has published articles on Medium. She is also an avid traveler and has visited over 20 countries. Her diverse experiences and skillset make her a well-rounded professional.
