Sheila Leddy is an accomplished senior executive with over 14 years of experience in philanthropy. She currently serves as the Executive Director of The Fledgling Fund, a family foundation that focuses on creating social impact through film and other creative media. Leddy has been a part of Fledgling since its founding in 2005 and has played a crucial role in developing its mission and strategy. In her current role, Leddy spearheads Fledgling's program development, reviews and develops projects, and manages the organization's grant-making responsibilities, partner relationships, and various field-building initiatives.

Leddy brings a wealth of experience to her position at Fledgling. Prior to joining the foundation, she worked as a Senior Associate at The Crimson Group, where she managed operations and led consulting engagements. During her time there, she developed curricula, wrote case studies and papers, and co-authored a book focusing on healthcare management.

Leddy is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where she studied Government and International Relations, and the Boston University School of Management, where she earned her MBA in Health/Health Care Administration and Management. Her expertise in these fields has served her well in her current role at Fledgling. She has also volunteered with various local organizations, most recently serving on the Executive Board of the Milton Foundation for Education, a foundation dedicated to supporting innovative learning opportunities within the Milton Public Schools.
