Julian Bolton is an experienced director of delivery and engineering with a wealth of knowledge in leading software development teams in different organizations across various industries. He began his career as a systems administrator but quickly transitioned to software development, working on notable projects for Gateway Computing Limited, Transcom UK Ltd, and Hebron UK Ltd, among others.

Julian's expertise in software development and agile methodologies gained him positions as a scrum master for Direct Line Group and Computershare, where he led teams and streamlined software delivery. He later became the lead scrum master at Direct Line Group, overseeing the agile transformation across the organization.

Currently, Julian serves as the director of delivery at Immersive Labs, where he develops and executes plans for product delivery and growth. He also oversees agile training and development to maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
