She is the author of the upcoming book, "GET OVER 'I Got It': How to Stop Playing Superwoman, Get Support and Remember That Having It All Doesn't Mean Doing It All Alone" (HarperCollins Leadership), which shares valuable insights on how to ask for and accept support to achieve one's goals. In addition to her writing, Elayne is a sought-after speaker who has delivered inspiring talks at prestigious organizations and events worldwide, including the United Nations, LinkedIn, Columbia, NYU, Spelman College, and the Essence Festival. She has also led over 200 workshops and panels in the US, Europe, Africa, and online.
As the host of the popular "Support is Sexy" podcast, Elayne has interviewed more than 500 diverse women entrepreneurs, sharing their inspiring stories and insights.
