Farieza Aziz is an accomplished Customer Experience expert, Subject Matter Expert, Business Analyst, and System Developer with a passion for project work and implementation of PSS. Farieza has spent years managing stakeholder engagement, developing and analyzing business strategies, and writing test scripts. She has a keen eye for detail, exceptional analytical skills and is a master of system configuration. Farieza holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the University of Bedfordshire.
Farieza spent most of her career at Virgin Atlantic, starting as a Customer Service Agent and working her way up to senior-level positions such as Check-In Supervisor and Gate Lead. In her most recent position as Executive/Subject Matter Expert - Airport Operations AIR4, Farieza's responsibilities included managing user acceptance testing, documenting processes, and ensuring successful implementation of PSS.
Outside of work, Farieza has additional qualifications that underscore her dedication to customer welfare and safety. She is a certified EASA Attestation holder and a First Aider. Farieza's expertise, skillset, and interests lie in process documentation, stakeholder engagement, and management, user acceptance testing, and conflict resolution.
