Erikka Moreno is a highly educated and ambitious professional with a diverse background in healthcare, education, and corporate learning and development. After graduating with a BA in Human Biology from Stanford University, she worked as a research assistant at the Stanford Prevention Research Center, where she honed her passion for health and nutrition. She then went on to work as a coordinator for HealthCorps and a camp counselor for the Stanford Sierra Conference Center.

Moreno's extensive experience in learning and development includes various roles at Reebok, where she worked as the User Experience and Engagement Manager and CRM and Partnerships Manager. Additionally, she served as the BOKS Outreach Manager, Boston Area Coordinator, and Associate Manager during her time with the company. Currently, she serves as the Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Wayfair, where she helps empower employees to be agents of change.
