- Responsible for managing a national team of recruiters.
- Responsible for req allocation and weekly one-on-one meetings. In-charge of interviewing and hiring recruiters.
- Train new recruiters in company best practices and policies.  Also, train new hires in the company ATS system.
- While leading a team of recruiters, also manage requisitions with the following backgrounds: Engineering (Java/J2ee, .Net/C#, Salesforce) Cloud (AWS, Azure), Security, Networking, Systems (Unix/Linux/Windows), Quality Assurance, Project/Program Management, Business Analysis, Technical Support, Business Intelligence and Data Science.
- Work within the entire recruiting lifecycle including: sourcing & submitting qualified candidates, scheduling interviews, offer negotiation and assist with on-boarding.
- Responsible for Tier 1 Recruiter Support for WorkDay. Selected by recruiting leadership to help guide/assist recruiters with WorkDay related issues.

- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Referrals, WoltersKluwer internal database and personal networking (Twitter, user groups) in identifying qualified candidates.
- Responsible for training new recruiters in the company’s best practices and policies.  Also, train new recruiters in the company ATS system and how to best utilize the ATS system.
- Assist leadership team in interviewing recruiter candidates.
- Part of 3-person team that created a global hiring manager intake form and communication process to be used when discussing new requisitions. This involved creating a pre-Intake and post-Intake communication template. Also, a multi-page document was created to guide recruiters through manager intake call conversations. Finally, an addendum was created with best practices and communication tips for recruiters.
- Part of a small national team that assisted WoltersKluwer in migrating from ADP VE to ADP RM.  Also, part of the national team that assisted in the migration from ADP RM to WorkDay.
- Assisted in creating a college recruiting program for the Health technology division.  Also, responsible for running the yearly college recruiting program for the Health division. This program resulted in 15 new hires, over a two-year period.
-        Responsible for Tier-1 Recruiter Support for ATS (WorkDay). Selected by recruiting leadership to guide/assist recruiters with all WorkDay related issues.

- Recruit candidates, on a national level, for IT/Technical related positions including: Application Development, Database Development/Administration, ERP, Mobile, Quality Assurance, Systems Engineering/Administration, Network Engineering/Administration, Business Analysis and Project Management and Technical Support.
- Communicate with hiring managers to further qualify positions, receive feedback and schedule interviews.
- Responsible for the ATS training of new hires. Also, train new hires on IBA's recruiting practices and standards.
- Responsible for managing multiple outside vendors including vendor contract negotiations, disbursing requisitions, qualifying vendor candidates and on-boarding.

- Responsible for handling Local & National Account recruiting including the management of a candidate tracking system.
- Handled the entire recruiting process including: salary negotiation, reference checking, interview process preparation, client offers and on-boarding.
