Kum Hong Siew is a highly accomplished legal professional with a wealth of experience across various roles and organizations. After obtaining an LL.B in Law from the National University of Singapore, she began her career as a Pupil at Rajah & Tann, eventually becoming an Associate and then Senior Associate. Later, she joined Keystone Law Corporation as a Director, after which she became Vice President and Senior Counsel at CA, Inc.

Kum Hong Siew's experience also includes a several-year long stint as General Counsel, Southeast Asia at Yahoo!, followed by over half a decade at Airbnb, where she worked in progressively more senior legal and regional leadership roles, including that of Chief Operating Officer, Airbnb China. During her time at Airbnb, Kum Hong Siew was also a Nominated Member of Parliament at the Singapore Parliament. Her professional interests lie in areas such as human rights advocacy, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, among others.
