Matthew Eilers is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in coaching and consulting, business development, case design, and sales management. He is the Chief Business Development Officer at USA Financial, a registered investment adviser located in Ada, MI. Matt began his career as an Admissions Advisor at Baker College before joining Boyne Resorts as the Co-Director of the Boyne National Junior Golf Academy. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a major in marketing from Ferris State University, where he also studied direct marketing.

At USA Financial, Matt is in charge of recruiting and advising elite financial advisors to help them grow their practice. He is responsible for the overall sales and advisor growth of the firm, and he works with a team of Business Development VPs to help advisors develop marketing strategies and sales processes. Matt has authored several articles and is the host of Advisor Elevation, a podcast and blog that provides resources and advice to financial advisors.

Matt has obtained several financial licenses, including the Series 7 and 66, and he is also licensed in life, accident, and health insurance in Michigan. He is an active golfer and resides with his wife and two sons.
