With an MS degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Ram has deep expertise in SAP-based ERP projects, IT infrastructure planning, and operations, as well as Mergers & Acquisitions- IT Due Diligence, acquisition integration, and divestitures. He has a solid background in wholesale manufacturing and distribution as well as retail, with international experience in Europe, North America, and Asia.
