He holds a Grad Dip in Applied Finance and Investments from the Securities Institute of Australia and a Bs in Science (Computing Science) from the University of Technology Sydney.

He has also worked as an Agile Scrum Master, Agile Business Analyst, Test Analyst/Consultant, IBM Rational Consultant, and Lead Consultant at different companies, including BSkyB, Guardian News and Media, Colonial First State, Siemens ITS, Specsavers, TestPro, and Hewlett Packard Consulting.
