Kathryn O'Day is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in startup leadership, business operations, and client services. Her impressive track record includes a $100 million exit, F500 acquisition, and several multi-year wins for Best Place To Work, Inc 500, Pacesetter. Kathryn has a positive attitude and high energy that help her build top teams and repeatable, efficient business systems.

Kathryn has held various leadership roles throughout her career in organizations such as Drum Technologies, Inc., Rigor, and Pardot. As SVP of Business Operations at Drum Technologies, she continues to build efficient systems that drive growth and success. Before joining Drum Technologies, Kathryn was the COO and Director of Client Success at Rigor, where she developed strategies that drove client-centric growth. At Pardot, Kathryn served as the Senior Manager of Client Services, leveraging her skills to build and manage successful client relationships.

When not in the office, Kathryn gives back to her community by coaching at Amherst College and serving as the Director of Annual Giving at Eaglebrook School. Kathryn received her education at Amherst College, where she studied Spanish with concentrations in literature and sociology. She also studied at Paideia School.
