Heather Buzza is a sports professional with notable experience across several organizations in Australia. She is passionate about athlete development, sports psychology, nutrition, sports technology, and sports medicine. Heather made headlines in 2012 as the first female Head Football Coach in Australia, leading the Monash University High School-aged boys' team to the playoffs and State Championship game twice in her first two seasons. Her former players have since gone on to receive football scholarships at Division 1 Colleges.

In addition to her coaching roles, Heather has held the position of Medic and Exercise Scientist/Performance Coach for the most successful senior team in State history for the past 6 years. She has also worked in a similar capacity with Senior and U/19 State Football Teams. Heather's diverse experience in sports includes completing a Strength and Conditioning Internship at Oregon State University in 2010, traveling to the IFAF World Championship with the Australian team in 2011 and being the Medic for multiple Australian team training camps.

Heather's educational background includes a Bachelor of Emergency Health (Paramedic) from Monash University, and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science in Sport Coaching from Deakin University.
