Rob Foss is an experienced retail real estate professional with a focus on sales, leasing, and tenant representation. With 25 years of experience, he has completed numerous transactions for regional, national, and local tenants across millions of retail square feet. Rob has a background in finance, construction, and architecture, which complements his expertise in property repositioning, development, site planning, and financing. He has also owned and developed retail property himself.

Rob is a Senior VP and Director of Retail Services Group at Avison Young in Nashville. He started and leads the Retail Services Team and has consistently been among the highest volume brokers in the region. Rob is the 2018-2020 ICSC Tennessee State Director and has chaired and overseen ICSC Meetings held in Downtown Nashville.

Rob studied Finance at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and attended the Jesuit High School of New Orleans. He has previously worked at InSite Retail Real Estate, Vision Real Estate, Lauricella Land Co. in New Orleans, and Corporate Realty, Inc.
