Jessica Eilbeck is a business executive with over 20 years of experience in various industries. She began her career as a paramedic in St. Johns County Emergency Services before transitioning to business roles. Eilbeck has held positions such as Business Analyst and Consultant at Enterprise North Florida Corporation and Manager of Margin Improvement at Gulf South Medical Supply. She has also served as Senior Pricing Director and Regional VP Sales at PharMerica.

However, her passion lies in health and wellness. Eilbeck studied Health/Life Coach at the Health Coach Institute and currently helps individuals achieve emotional and physical transformation through habit changes. She is the Principal Owner of Row House San Marco, a fitness studio in Florida.

Eilbeck holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida. She has also worked as an instructor-trainer for Kickboxing Certification at Promise Enterprises and as a Group Fitness Instructor at YMCA of Florida's First Coast.
