Hawraa Kash is a highly experienced People and Culture professional with a passion for incorporating anti-discrimination practices within day-to-day operations. She is skilled in educating and empowering decisions that drive genuine diversity and inclusion. With a record of increased responsibility, Hawraa has worked in private, grassroots community services and events, and not-for-profit environments. Throughout her career, she has developed:

Currently, she is working as a People and Culture Talent Partner at St John Ambulance Australia (NSW) and has held previous positions such as Chair of the Board of Directors at Bellfield College, Talent Manager at PeopleScout HRX, People Resource Manager at Bankstown Poetry Slam, Transition Consultant/Sales and Service Coach at IAG, and Crew Trainer at McDonald's Corporation.
