Wendy Balinski is an accomplished HR professional with over 20 years of experience in global roles with various GE businesses. She has lived in three countries and worked in teams of 80+ HRMs, supporting over 11K employees in 86 countries for GE Global Operations. Wendy has been working at AIG since November 2019 to support new global initiatives.

Her expertise lies in designing and growing shared services organizations from concept to becoming best in class driving productivity and simplification for GE businesses, utilizing robotics, crowdsourcing, predix, and focusing on talent development and competencies for the future of work.

Wendy holds a degree in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has served as an SHRM representative at both AIG and General Electric.
