Jose Sanchez Reyes

José Sanchez Reyes is a seasoned architect based in the United States with more than 20 years of experience, known for his international projects spanning from skyscrapers in Shanghai to luxurious homes in Nicaragua.

He earned a Bachelor of Architecture Degree with honors from Pratt Institute and conducted architectural research at La Première Rue in France, under a prestigious grant.

José began his career at Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates in New York City before establishing José Sanchez Reyes Architects (JSRA) in Latin America, focusing on bespoke luxury residential designs that blend seamlessly with their surroundings.

In 2018, he co-founded Konover Sanchez Architecture Studio, LLC, based in Florida, where he leads as Design Principal, specializing in upscale multi-family residential and mixed-use projects in urban areas.

Apart from his architectural endeavors, José has a keen interest in ultra-marathon running and divides his time between Miami and Nicaragua, where he resides with his wife and five children.
