His expertise lies in identifying new technologies and business models, leading IT operational model transformation, and collaborating with strategic vendors to deliver on business outcomes and customer experience initiatives. Brooks has achieved many major accomplishments throughout his career, including co-leading IT managed services outsourcing transformation, co-designing the development of the fastest trading platform in the world in 2011, assimilating SGX's data centers to an active-active architecture, among many others.
