Michele Romanow is a renowned entrepreneur, investor, and an influential personality in the tech industry. She co-founded and led Clearco, formerly Clearbanc, to become the world’s largest e-commerce investor. Clearco has invested in over $3.2B in over 7,000 different companies across ten countries, and has pioneered the revenue share capital structure for ad spend and inventory. Romanow was named Angel Investor of the Year in Canada and invested in many successful startups such as Endy, RVezy, Haus, and Tokens.com. She is also an investor on CBC’s Dragons' Den and has served as a director at Vail Resorts, Freshii, and Whistler Blackcomb. Romanow is a Dean's List MBA graduate and has a B.Sc.Eng in civil engineering.
