Shona Nicolle is a driven and entrepreneurial individual who is an active member of Canada's startup community. She currently works as a Customer Success Manager at ProntoForms and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management from Dalhousie University. Shona is also a Venture for Canada Graduate Fellow, where she gained valuable skills and experience to help companies succeed. Shona has an extensive background in business development, marketing, sales support, and customer success across various organizations, such as Metamaterial Technologies Inc., STI Technologies Limited, and Swept. When she is not working, Shona enjoys testing new recipes in the kitchen or participating in trivia nights.
