Asdrubal Vasquez is a professional with a strong background in public policy, government engagement, stakeholder management, reputation, tech, food and beverages, and project coordination. He studied Derecho at Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología, Ciencias Políticas at Universidad de Costa Rica, and Public Policy Analysis at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). As a Public Policy & Government Affairs Manager at PepsiCo, he is responsible for finding disruptive solutions to public and common problems, bridging the gap between decision-makers from the private and public sectors. During his tenure as Senior Public Policy Associate at Uber and Public Affairs Director in Central America at CLC Comunicación, he honed his skills in stakeholder engagement, advocacy, and reputation management. He was also an active participant and board member in organizations such as Alianza Para Centroamérica, Friedrich-Naumann-Stiftung für die Freiheit, Asociación de Consumidores Libres ACL, and Students For Liberty, where he served as Chairman for Latin America and International Board Member.
