Canada's Responsible Gambling Council (RGC) has appointed Shelley White as its new CEO, a celebrated leader with over three decades' experience driving social change for the nation's most reputable non-profit organizations. With a Master's degree in Leadership Studies from the University of Guelph, a Bachelor's in Physical and Health Education from Brock University, and training in Strategic Perspectives in Non-Profit Management from Harvard Business School Executive Education, White has earned herself a reputation as one of Canada's most visionary leaders. Holding past executive positions in esteemed institutions such as United Way, the Kidney Foundation of Canada, and the YMCA, Shelley's accolades include the Queen's Jubilee Award for voluntary service, Ontario's Leading Women Building Communities Award, and the TRIEC Champion award. As RGC's CEO, she leads the organization in their mission of promoting responsible gambling, reducing problem gambling, and accrediting gambling operators' responsible gambling operations.
