With experience in Telecommunications, Information Technology, and Multi-Continental complex projects, Srikanth has a consistent track record of delivering par excellence results in Customer Strategy, Experience, Profitability, Digital and Analytical Transformation, and Revenue Enhancement. He has also worked with leading telecom operators and technology setups and has won multiple large-scale opportunities across India, Africa, and the Middle East. Apart from his consulting work, Srikanth is passionate about the technology start-up ecosystem, and he mentors various early-stage technology startups on strategic matters such as market assessment & identification, team structure, and partner selection.
