Shep Wainwright is a seasoned real estate executive with broad experience in the industry. He currently serves as the Senior Vice President at KBS Realty Advisors, a real estate investment management firm headquartered in Newport Beach, California. In his role, he oversees property acquisitions and dispositions, as well as asset management and financing.

With over two decades of experience in the industry, Wainwright has held a range of leadership positions in both acquisitions and asset management. Prior to joining KBS, he served as Senior Vice President at CBRE Global Investors, where he oversaw a portfolio of commercial real estate assets. He has also held positions at RREEF Real Estate and The JBG Companies.

Wainwright holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers.
