Jorge Pacheco is a seasoned entrepreneur and business strategist with 18 years of experience in finance, management, and leadership. He began his professional journey in the financial market, where he gained a wealth of knowledge and exposure to businesses, private equity deals, and investment banking. Eventually, Jorge ventured out and founded Sangha Investments, a boutique firm that helped entrepreneurs start their ventures. Two years later, he established PLUG, a coworking enterprise for startups, which he later merged with Banco Itaú to form CUBO, one of Brazil's largest collaborative spaces for innovation. Jorge's entrepreneurial skills flourished while a partner at TCP Latam, where he restructured distressed companies such as Daslu, a prominent fashion boutique. Today, he is the Founder and CEO of STATE, an innovation hub focused on deep tech, sciences, and industries in São Paulo, Brazil.
